Description

Boiler Mag Boiler Filter is a magnetic sludge filter which is intended to protect the boiler and improve its efficiency. It is suitable for any type of boiler and is installed at the boiler outlet/heating circuit. In general, the piping system through which the boiler water circulates is metallic, either galvanized steel, stainless steel or copper, which means that with time and operation of the system, metallic particles are released and remain in the pipes, which is called metallic sludge. The operation of the Boiler Mag Filter is to filter these particles by means of a magnet, preventing the passage of such waste to the boiler, thus protecting it and extending its durability and operation. In addition, it is a versatile installation, that is, it can be installed in several ways depending on the space available to the customer. The Boiler Mag magnetic sludge filter can be installed in several ways. Where space under the boiler is limited, it will be installed with the main body horizontal and the cover facing forward. If there is sufficient space, it can be installed with the body vertical and the cover facing down. To change the direction of installation, simply reverse the positions of the swivel connection to the boiler and the ball valve and turn the filter body 90°. BOILER MAG comes complete with a ball valve and the appropriate brass swivel fitting.
