Terms and conditions of sale and shipping

The shipment will be made by an express courier company.

The delivery time at home will be 2 to 3 (working days) if the orders have been confirmed before 12:00 h as long as the products of the order are in stock. Orders confirmed after 12:00 h. will have a delivery time of 2-4 days (working days). Delivery times include the time elapsed between the closing of the order and the purchase of the products by the consumer. Please note that business days are considered Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). In specific cases due to stock problems, our incident team will contact the Customer by phone or email to inform him/her about the delivery time once the desired product is available.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery between morning or afternoon, you can indicate it in the comments of the order and the selected agency will try to meet it to the extent of its possibilities of route and schedule.
Products whose deliveries require different times will reflect that particularity in its description.

Shipping will be free for orders over 29,95 € in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands; 175 € for the rest of Europe. For other locations, see table below.
