The products offered on the website will be sent only to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Shipments will not be made outside the aforementioned delivery area.
Once your order enters into preparation, any type of change or modification of the products of the same will no longer be accepted.
Shipping conditions for Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands
Home delivery:
The shipment will be made by an express courier company.
The delivery time at home will be from 2 to 3 (business days) if the orders have been confirmed before 12:00 pm as long as the products of the order are in stock. Orders confirmed after 12:00 h. will have a delivery time of 2-4 days (business days). Delivery times include the time elapsed between the closing of the order and the purchase of the products by the consumer. You should keep in mind that business days are considered from Monday to Friday (not counting weekends or holidays). In specific cases due to stock problems, our incident team will contact the Customer by phone or email to inform him of the delivery time once the desired product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery between morning or afternoon, you can indicate it in the observations of the order and the selected agency will try to fulfill it to the extent of its route and schedule possibilities.
Products whose deliveries require different deadlines will reflect this particularity in their description.
Shipping will be free for those orders with an amount greater than € 50,€ 00. If the order does not exceed this amount, the shipping cost will be € 5.10.
