Product and use of water

Our equipment is designed to work with mains water (tap water). Bottled or distilled mineral water is not recommended:

  • Mineral water can quickly clog filters.
  • Distilled water lacks minerals, which can affect the performance of sensors or automatic systems.

If you have questions about the water in your area, we can help you analyze it.

Water tests can show parameters such as:

  • Hardness (°dH or mg/L): Indicates the amount of calcium and magnesium.
  • TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): The higher the value, the lower the purity.
  • pH: The level of acidity or alkalinity of the water.

Installation, commissioning and maintenance

In some cases, the unit may stop drawing water because the leak sensor has been activated. This sensor is a small piece of cotton inside the unit that, when wet, blocks the system to prevent possible damage from leaks. We recommend that you check if the leak sensor is wet or full of water.

Knowing your home’s water pressure is important to ensure your equipment works properly and prolongs its lifespan. Too low a pressure can affect the performance of systems like reverse osmosis, and too high a pressure can damage them.

The easiest way to check your home’s water pressure is to use a pressure gauge that installs directly on a faucet or the equipment’s inlet. You can purchase yours here.

Changing filters is key to maintaining water quality and proper system performance. Although this may vary depending on water consumption and the quality of the incoming water, here’s a general recommendation:

  • Sediment and carbon filters: every 12 months
  • Reverse osmosis membrane: every 24 months

Changing filters on time prevents them from becoming saturated, which can affect both the taste of the water and the system’s performance. Here are the filter packs we offer based on the type of equipment you have:

For standard equipment (with filter holders).

For equipment with inline (encapsulated) filters

In most cases, this occurs because the meter cable is not connected correctly. Be sure to connect the cable located on the lower right side of the valve to the crescent-shaped slot located on the bypass water outlet. This connection is essential for the water softener to function properly and expend salt as needed.

Yes. If you need a larger water capacity, we offer 8 and 12-liter tanks. Before purchasing, we recommend contacting us to ensure it’s compatible with your equipment model.

Warranty, spare parts and technical support

Registering your warranty is very useful because it allows you to:

  • Save your warranty without having to keep the invoice.
  • Facilitate future assistance or replacement requests.
  • Speed ​​up the process if you need technical support.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and operational defects in the products for the period specified in each case. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation. See our warranty conditions.

Ordering and shipping

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula. For other regions, please see our shipping conditions.
