We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 business days of order delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange of any kind if more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and send your item to: Av. Del Vallès 728, Terrassa, B, 08227, Spain.
Partial returns (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or a part is missing for reasons that were not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
- If you have already done all of the above and have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 937 83 33 92.
- To return your product, you must mail it to: Av. Del Vallès 728, Terrassa, B, 08227, Spain.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
