We offer a refund and/or exchange within 14 business days of order delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at comercial@bbagua.com and send your item to: Av. Del Vallès nº 728, Pol. Ind. Can Petit. 08227, Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain.
Partial refunds (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing a part for reasons that were not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Overdue or missing reimbursements
- If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
- If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to comercial@bbagua.com or by calling 937 83 33 92.
Shipping
- To return your product, you must send it to the following address: Av. Del Vallès nº 728, Pol. Ind. Can Petit. 08227, Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain.
- If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our facilities. It is important to note that these shipping costs will not be refunded.
- In the event that we arrange the return pick-up, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
