My Bbagua Home or Bbagua Home Premium equipment does not draw water, what can I do?
In some cases, the unit may stop drawing water because the leak sensor has been activated. This sensor is a small piece of cotton inside the unit that, when wet, blocks the system to prevent possible damage from leaks. We recommend that you check if the leak sensor is wet or full of water.
I bought a Bbagua equipment and I need to have it installed, what should I do?

Why doesn't my water softener use salt?
In most cases, this occurs because the meter cable is not connected correctly. Be sure to connect the cable located on the lower right side of the valve to the crescent-shaped slot located on the bypass water outlet. This connection is essential for the water softener to function properly and expend salt as needed.
