Reverse Osmosis

Reverse osmosis

Reverse Osmosis is a filtration process that, through several stages, removes the different impurities and mineral salts present in the water up to

95%.

What filters are involved in the process?

  1. Sediment Filter: Filters soil, mud, and suspended solids from the water.
  2. Granular Activated Carbon Filter: Removes chlorine, heavy metals, dioxins, toxins, and odors by adsorption.
  3. Carbon block filter: it has just removed chlorine, heavy metals, dioxins and odours by adsorption, protecting the membrane from small particles.
  4. Osmosis membrane: removes undesirable organic and inorganic mineral salts from water by 95% by means of a semi-permeable membrane retaining any particles down to a size of 0.0001 micron.
  5. Post-Filter: using a coconut charcoal cartridge we will obtain water with a balanced pH.
